Just look up – you’ll see a beautiful addition to the vibe of Downtown Santa Barbara, the fluttering colorful flags of the State Street Flag Program. We celebrate Downtown’s major festivals, cultural attractions and local non-profits with weekly flag displays—which can be seen the full length of the Downtown Santa Barbara State Street corridor.
