Downtown Santa Barbara Wednesday Dance Nights

The Downtown Santa Barbara Organization launched two different dance events: Kickin’ Country Line Dancing, and Latin Salsa & Bachata Dancing on Wednesday Oct. 4th.

The Kickin Country Line Dancing is a four-week series that runs through Wednesday Oct. 25th. This event is between 5:30pm-8pm on the State Street Promenade in front of Night Lizard Brewery, located at 607 State St. There is free Country Line Dancing lessons led by Christy Grant from 5:30-6:30pm, with free dance from 6:30-8pm.

The Latin Salsa & Bachata Dancing is a six-week series and will conclude on Wednesday Nov. 15th. This event is between 5-8pm also on the State Street Promenade in front of Californo Pizza, located at 905 State St. Free Salsa & Bachata dance lessons take place from 5-6pm led by various talented instructors, and free dance from 6-8pm.

These events are free and open to the public. Class donations are welcome and support paying instructors. Food and drink specials are offered throughout the night, provided by event sponsors Night Lizard Brewery and Californo Pizza. Get your dancing shoes on and enjoy the fun!
