Core Service
Clean & Safe
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for your customers is our single largest investment — 66% of our annual budget goes directly to Clean & Safe services.
Daily Janitorial Services
Our team is in the field seven days a week from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm, covering peak business hours and weekend foot traffic to keep the district pristine.
Pressure Washing
Weekly deep cleaning of district sidewalks block by block, removing stains, gum, and buildup year-round.
Landscaping Management
Trimming, upkeep, and seasonal beautification on State Street, Anacapa, Chapala, and surrounding side streets.
Maintenance Requests
Text 805-242-1311 to report a maintenance issue. Include: photo of the issue, address or nearest cross street, and a brief description of the concern.
