A contemporary Lower State Street neighborhood bar inspired by the fusion of the Golden Age of Cuban cocktails and al fresco drinking. We are driven by coastal influences (due to our proximity to the ocean), local produce, lightly/pleasantly bitter and light/bright cocktails, and blended drinks. Being on Lower State Street, our program is designed for speed, and the drinks are meant to be fun, juicy, and session-able. The design captures its position on State Street, featuring an indoor/outdoor bar, with an undercurrent of Old World Havana. Our hope is once you settle into the space with a Pina Colada in hand you feel like you're on vacation whether you're traveling in Santa Barbara or a local. We have partnered with Cubaneo which offers delicious locally influenced yet traditional Cuban dishes that pair perfectly with our cocktail menu.
