Since 1976, Sanctuary Centers of Santa Barbara (SCSB) has been a cornerstone of mental health care, evolving to meet the complex and growing behavioral health needs within our community. SCSB delivers a broad spectrum of services designed to empower individuals at every stage of their mental health journey, including 24-hour residential care, outpatient mental health support, supportive housing, child and adolescent behavioral health support, and an Integrated Health Clinic that provides both primary and behavioral health under one roof.
