Lights out. Music up. Glow from the inside out in this energizing glow-in-the-dark yoga experience led by Amelia at Sol Seek Yoga Studio. Expect spooky ghoulish beats, super fun company, and a creative Halloween-inspired Flow. Please arrive at 6:45 pm dressed in blacklight-friendly attire (neons and crisp whites glow the strongest). Be ready to add to your glow with body paint! Yoga will start at 7:00 pm. All levels welcome.
