Yoga & The Unseen Self

This workshop weaves slow, intentional movement, restorative yoga practices and calming breathwork to guide you into a space of deep reflection and release.

Students will be guided to integrate the unseen self through a layered experience of movement, breath, meditation, and self-inquiry. We will begin with a slow vinyasa that moves from strength to softness (the seen → unseen self), then shift into stillness, guided meditation, and quiet journaling using a gentle shadow-work reflection. The emphasis is on compassionate awareness—helping students sense, feel, and soften toward the parts of themselves they often overlook. No group sharing required—just space to notice, breathe, and integrate.

This is a safe safe space to explore what lines beneath the surface, where you can feel more presence, clarity and ease in your body.

You will leave feeling clear, spacious, and connected — with simple tools to carry self‐compassion into your life with grace.
