Yin-Quiry: Yin Stillness Combined with Mindful Inner Work

In this three-hour therapeutic workshop we will be integrating the practices of Yin Yoga, meditation, and guided psychological inquiry to support emotional regulation and self-understanding. Through slow somatic opening, mindful attention training, and reflective inner work, participants learn to recognize patterns, soften protective responses, and cultivate insight with compassion.
