This two-hour practice on the longest day of the year is a ritual of appreciation. Through deeply held poses and guided journaling, we’ll move through the body, honoring what has carried us here, what has opened in us this season, and what we are ready to receive as the days begin their slow turn back toward darkness.

Summer is the season of the heart — of joy, connection, and radiant warmth. Gratitude lives here. Not the rushed, obligatory kind, but the deep and embodied kind that rises when we actually stop moving long enough to feel how much we’ve been given.

Between poses, you’ll be invited to write — not to analyze or achieve, but to listen. To let the body’s softening loosen something in the mind. Some of the most honest words we’ll ever write come from the floor.

Come as you are. This is a celebration. Of the light. Of the season. Of you.
