Join Finch & Fork for a nourishing vegetarian Chef's Table: Soil & Soul, in partnership with Jessica Gasca from Story of Soil Wine on Thursday, January 29 from 6-8pm. Kick off the new year with Finch & Fork’s first dinner of their signature, community-centric Chef’s Table series. Celebrate Santa Barbara's unique terroir and bountiful farmlands at the fun-filled, communal table. The vegetarian meal will be crafted by Finch & Fork’s Executive Chef John Vasquez and guided by Jessica Gasca, the owner and winemaker of Story of Soil, dedicated to crafting low-intervention wines made with heart and soul. Taste through a dynamic flight of wines and hear about her story of soil alongside a nourishing plant-based meal.
