Join Finch & Fork for a fun-filled, seasonal Chef's Table featuring Santa Barbara Spot Prawns with Executive Chef John Vasquez on Wednesday, August 13th from 5:30–7:30pm! Clink glasses with Robert Daugherty, the head winemaker for Margerum Wines, as he takes guests along a delicious flight of Santa Barbara wines at our special communal table. Guests will also enjoy a delectable seafood selection of Prawn Toast with mousse, salmon roe, and dill, Poached Prawn with tomato, horseradish, crème fraiche, and lemon tuille, and Prawn Linguine with squid ink, preserved lemon, and bordelaise.
