FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6 | OPENING NIGHT
CRAIG SHOEMAKER: THE LEGEND RETURNS!
Two-time Emmy Award winner and Lovemaster creator Craig Shoemaker returns to help open the festival, joined by Santa Barbara regular Chris OConnor, host of the monthly HR Comedy Rebels show.
The headliner who helped lead the way returns to Santa Barbara.
Headliner: Craig Shoemaker | Opening comedian: Chris OConnor
One of the first major headliners to champion Luis Moro’s vision of building a Santa Barbara stand-up comedy scene, Craig Shoemaker returns for a homecoming with his Central Coast fans, longtime friends and comedy supporters.
A two-time Emmy Award winner, American Comedy Award honoree and the comedian behind the beloved Lovemaster character, Shoemaker brings his signature storytelling and unmistakable personality to an intimate downtown stage.
Joining him is Santa Barbara comedy regular Chris OConnor, host of the monthly First Fridays HR Comedy Rebels show. Together, they open the festival with a night that honors the entertainers and audiences who helped Santa Barbara become a year-round comedy destination.
One legendary comedian. One extraordinary Santa Barbara homecoming.
