Qigong & Breathwork to Ease Anxiety

Without breath — there is no life. It is the first thing we do when we enter this world and the last thing we do when we exit. Often overlooked, it is the animating force of life. By developing what I refer to as “breath intelligence” we can begin to use this powerful force like the moon guides the tides. This workshop focuses on ancient & progressive breathing practice from various traditions. We will experience and explore from the yogic tradition, Taoist, Buddhist, Shamanic, Martial and Healing traditions. You will learn ways to focus the mind, cultivate energy, calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety and depression, as well as create energy and inspiration.
