Partner Yoga: The Joy of Flying

n Partner Yoga, there is always a point of balance and stillness in which we can rest - even in the most challenging postures. Learning to safely navigate yourself and your partner in aerial postures can be a profound and exhilarating experience.
This workshop provides step-by- step instruction for how to enter into the powerful flying posture sequences. These postures are instrumental in overcoming physical and emotional limitations and learning to trust ourselves and each other.
