Finch & Fork invites all to bid farewell to 2025 with a decadent New Year’s Eve dinner on Wednesday, December 31, featuring a curated, chef-driven three-course dinner and live jazz by duo Calo & Miles. For $125 per person, the evening includes a thoughtfully curated menu crafted by Executive Chef John Vasquez, with optional wine pairings and craft cocktails available to complement this special experience. Menu:
The starter menu features Salmon Crudo (black garlic, truffle, ponzu, garlic, jalapeno) or Steak Tartare (egg, dijon, capers, ajo aceite, grilled sourdough)
Choice of entrée includes Short Rib (truffle robuchon potato, braised greens, crispy shallot), Branzino (celery root puree, crispy kale, candied fresno, charred lemon), Game Hen Coq au Vin (red wine, pork belly, root vegetables)
Choice of dessert is a Chocolate Tart (luxardo cherry mousse, hazelnut crumble, candied orange), or Sticky Toffee Pudding (candied pecans, vanilla bean chantilly, bourbon toffee sauce)
