Grammy-nominated Lado B Brazilian Project brings the richness and beauty of Brazilian music to The Grand with vocalist Catina DeLuna and pianist-arranger Otmaro Ruiz. Far beyond familiar bossa nova, Lado B explores hidden treasures and beloved classics from Brazil’s extraordinary musical tradition—reimagined through sophisticated arrangements, exhilarating improvisation, and the irresistible rhythms of samba, choro, baião, and contemporary jazz.
Joining DeLuna and Ruiz are acclaimed guitarist Larry Koonse, bassist Edwin Livingston, and drummer and percussionist Ana Barreiro. Experience this exceptional ensemble up close in the intimacy and remarkable acoustics of The Grand.
