Join Danielle Elese for a 75 minute Introduction to Sound Healing workshop covering the basics of this ancient practice. This offering provides you with an introduction to the science of sound sparking your studies into discovering this profound healing modality. We will discuss the basic principles of vibrational medicine, sound healing, entrainment, brain waves with sound & sacred ritual in sound. This workshop will ignite the desire to utilize this modality for self regulation as well as deepen your meditation practice.
Workshop is followed by our Sunday Sound Series Sound Hypnosis Meditation with Danielle. A wonderful opportunity to integrate your workshop experience.
