Join us for a fun-filled Family AcroYoga experience! Led by Caitlin Downie, pediatric speech therapist and certified AcroYoga instructor, these specialized classes are thoughtfully divided into two developmentally appropriate groups:
Little Flyers (8 months - 3 years): A gentle exploration of movement, bonding, and early balance skills through playful parent-child poses and sensory-rich activities.
Young Acrobats (3 - 10 years): Dynamic partner poses, creative flows, and fun acrobatic games that build strength, trust, and confidence.
Both 50-minute classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable for all abilities and experience levels. As a pediatric specialist with extensive experience working with children with diverse needs, Caitlin creates a supportive, judgment-free environment where every family can thrive.
