Since opening July 14th, 1998, bouchon has maintained their heartfelt mission to marry classic French culinary techniques with the bounty offered by local Santa Barbara farms and wineries. bouchon Santa Barbara takes the week of Tuesday, July 14th through Sunday, July 19th to honor their French roots with mouth-watering escargot, creamy steak aux poivre, and luxurious tarte tatin. Featured French wines-by the-glass include Champagne Billecart-Salmon Le Rosé, as well as gems from Sancerre, Burgundy, and Bordeaux.
