Join Finch & Fork for a Seasonal Chef's Table featuring a fun-filled, communal clam bake on Monday, October 22 from 6-8pm! Clink glasses with Nik Brander from Brander Winery & Vineyard and enjoy a flight of local Sauvignon Blanc to complement the delicious sea fare. Celebrating their 50th anniversary, Brander is a family owned and operated winery, highly acclaimed as a top producer of Santa Barbara Sauvignon Blanc. Prepared by Executive Chef John Vasquez, the night’s menu will include a traditional seasonal Clam Bake with rock crab, chorizo, shrimp, little neck clams, corn, and red potatoes, accompanied with artisan bread baskets, drawn butter and old bay seasoning, and paired harmoniously with crisp, lovely Brander Sauvignon Blanc.
