This will be an all-star panel discussion led by Noozhawk Publisher Bill Macfadyen and presented by Spotlight Santa Barbara. At Spotlight's last event famed CalMatters columnist Dan Walters outlined California's systemic problems and this panel will attempt to solve them. Topics will include Affordability, Homelessness, Housing, Water, Health Care and Education. Cocktails on the Lobero Esplanade will begin at 6PM. The all-star panel will take the stage at 7PM. This will be audience interactive.
