Save the Date: DSBIA's 2026 Annual Meeting

Mark your calendar and join us! You are invited to the Downtown Santa Barbara Improvement Association's 2026 Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 22, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM at the DSBIA Office, located at 419 State Street.

During the meeting, we will share accomplishments and highlights from the first year of district operations and discuss priorities for the year ahead. We will also hold elections for new and returning members of the DSBIA Board of Directors. The presentation and business meeting will be followed by a networking mixer.

The following individuals are continuing their terms or have been nominated to serve on the Board in 2027.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the outgoing directors for their service through the end of 2026 and their contributions to the organization and downtown community.

The board nomination period will remain open through October 11.


The Nominating Task Force will review all submissions and present a final slate to the Board for a vote at the Annual Meeting on October 22.

Elected members will begin their service in January 2027.

We encourage all Downtown CBID ratepayers to RSVP to attend, learn more about the organization's work, and connect with fellow downtown property owners, business representatives and community partners.
