An evening with Olympic medalist Jim Ryun

An evening with Olympic medalist Jim Ryun, the first high school boy to run the mile in under four minutes. ESPN rated him as the number one high school athlete of all time—beating Tiger Woods and LeBron James. Ryun’s life journey, from being cut from the church baseball team to earning medals in three different Olympics, setting world records in several events, and serving as a U.S. Congressman demonstrates how God reveals himself in the midst of disappointments and successes. Ryun will challenge young athletes and their parents to think about their goals, dreams, and motivations and to make needed course corrections to reach their true gifting.
