Physical fitness is an important first step to total wellness and long-lasting happiness. But as important as fitness is, it’s only one part of the complete solution. Controlling our thoughts and creating a sense of connection also play pivotal roles in how healthy and happy we are as we get older.

MIndful Barbell will jump start your journey to total wellness by crafting the perfect workout for you. We won’t stop there. We’ll build on all your sweat and hard work by combining it with activities to improve your mental focus and concentration.

As we get older, we may get more isolated and disconnected from the world around us. We need continued human connection to keep growing and to constantly challenge ourselves by learning new things. Mindful Barbell is here to fill those needs through social gatherings and educational events designed to promote new friendships and spawn creative self-expression.

I created Mindful Barbell to ensure that we stay connected, mindful, energetic and out of our La-Z-Boys.
